Healthy Screen Time

In this lesson, children will learn how screen time is related to health outcomes. The lesson includes creating a personalized book for activity ideas beyond screen-time endeavors. Children will create dice they can roll to choose non-screen-time activities.

Screen time includes watching television, talking on the phone, and working on a tablet or computer.

There are numerous other fun things to do beyond staring at a screen!

TV time can be educational. Try to watch educational shows with your parents and have discussions afterward.
