2010 through 2019: A Decade in Review at the Family Resiliency Center

Identifying ways to strengthen families during challenging times so that they can thrive is a guiding principle of much of the work at the Family Resiliency Center. Resiliency is often defined as the ability to "bounce back" after a challenge. With that mentality, FRC develops and disseminates programs that assist families with increasing order in their lives to reduce stress.
