Dr. Lee joined the faculty in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois in 2001. During her tenure, she has taught two sensory science courses, for which she has received various teaching awards and recognitions. Her research is supported by the grants received from the USDA, Illinois Soybean Association, and private industry.
