Eat a Rainbow

In this lesson, children will learn about different types of fruits and vegetables and the importance of trying new types of food for optimal health. The lesson includes an opportunity to try a rainbow of fruit options to experience what a variety of fruit tastes like.

Though you may not like certain foods the first few times you try it, you may eventually like it a lot!

Try fruits of all different shapes and colors! It's important to try new foods to get all the nutrients we need to grow and be healthy.
